Formulary
The BeyondRx Preferred Formulary has been developed to ensure members receive the best health-effective products in a cost-effective manner. The BeyondRx Preferred Formulary is reviewed on a consistent basis by our Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee. The P&T Committee evaluates clinical information based on studies from pharmaceutical companies and medications with FDA approved indications. Only after the product is deemed safe and effective, will the product be entertained for formulary status.
