Our clinical department has established clinical programs based on key drug data from pharmaceutical studies and the FDA to control drug utilization and maintain healthy outcomes. In addition, we believe that you can’t control what you can’t see, so we have created data management tools to report on the performance of your benefit plan as well as Proactive, Concurrent, and Retrospective DUR programs to help control utilization.
