BeyondRx Leadership

Brian Huckle, R.Ph. CEO
Brian has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for over 35 years. Besides leadership for all our company’s programs, his responsibilities include leading a national network or 4,500 independent and chain pharmacies. Mr. Huckle also works closely with pharmaceutical manufacturers in implementing a variety of retail programs in the community pharmacy. Mr. Huckle has an array of experience in the pharma industry including facilitating a central procurement and distribution network, owned and operated a generic buying group for 450 retail pharmacies, worked as Marketing/ Trade Manager for a national generic manufacturer/ distributer. Mr. Huckle is a member of several national and regional pharmacy organizations and has also served Advisory Boards for both national pharmaceutical manufacturers and wholesalers.

Bob Dill, Vice President
Bob has been involved in the PBM and Third Party Administrator industries for the past 16 years. Bob provides oversight at various levels to all the company’s programs. A large part of this oversight includes Human Resource management for the company’s employees as well as being directly involved with maintaining relationships with our clients, vendors and manufacturers. Bob is heavily involved with the Account Management team at BeyondRx which includes the oversight of contracting, implementation, eligibility maintenance and reporting.

Chad Steiner, Managed Care Consultant
Chad has been working in the pharmaceutical and PBM industries for over 12 years which is coupled with over 20 years of sales and management experience. He has been a District Sales Manager for two pharmaceutical companies that covered 10 states. Chad is currently responsible for BeyondRx’s business development across the country. He coordinates and implements all aspects of marketing for BeyondRx. As a Managed Care Consultant, Chad’s efforts help to reduce prescription costs for self-funded employers, brokers and third party administrators.

Angela Chang, Pharm.D, Clinical Department
Angela has been working in managed care since 2001. She has a wide range of managed care experience, including coverage management, disease management, patient compliance initiatives and direct patient care. Her experiences are beneficial in overseeing our formulary management, prior authorizations, drug utilization programs, and communication programs. Dr. Chang has completed an AMCP/ASHP-accredited post-doctorate managed care residency. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a Bachelor in Chemistry from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Angela is an adjunct clinical assistant professor for the University of Kansas and the University of Missouri Kansas City, Colleges of Pharmacy. She is currently a member of the Greater Kansas City Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists and Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy.
